1) We updated the $1,000 deductible on my home to what I could afford while increasing the value of my home to current rates. Indira inquired about my security system which provided an additional discount.

2) The higher rate for my home increased my CEA Earthquake policy cost. Indira inquired about Earthquake retrofit work and found my Earthquake Brace and Bolt was not included in my CEA policy. This discounted the rate of earthquake protection for the higher value of my home making it more inline with what I can afford. Total Win Win!!!
